With a hypnotic voice that ranges from deep, distinctive tones to piercing high notes, Florian Hecht combines emotional depth with musical diversity. His music moves between mystical, meditative soundscapes and raw rock intensity and is reminiscent of artists such as Jeff Buckley, Radiohead and Nick Cave. He discovered his love for the guitar at the age of seven and began to develop his singing voice at an early age. During his teenage years, he experimented with electronic music and DJing before rediscovering his passion for songwriting and the guitar at the age of 20. Since then, he has inspired audiences with his philosophical depth, strong stage presence and a mixture of atmospheric sounds and energetic rock.
He impresses live both as a solo act and with his trio, consisting of drummer Michael Galeza and bassist Matilda Widhopf. He has made a name for himself in the music scene with appearances at renowned festivals such as the Sinnflut Festival Erding or the Corso Leopold Festival Munich as well as regular shows at Heppel & Ettlich.
